Developer

"spirit"
Being a developer is one of my strengths and most likely my favorite. My top 5 are Adaptability, Achiever, Developer, Learner and Includer. As a developer I see the talent and potential with in an individual. I see the possibilities inside them and encourage the exploration of it becoming a reality. I love helping people discover their dreams and passions, and then begin to live them out. To better explain a developer, let me tell you about the “Megan incident.”

Megan was an art student at Missouri State University. Growing up, she came through my ministry as a student hungry to know God. After high school she continued her love for art and pursued it full time. A few years ago I needed help with an art project I was designing for and student conference. As I began working with Megan I immediately began to see her potential as an artist and saw how beautiful her gift was. I asked her to paint during one of our main sessions in the evening . She was reluctant and said, “No, I can’t do that I don’t know how.” With me not wasting any time I said “yes you can, this is God’s call on your life.” As Megan began to paint that night I saw the Holy Spirit moving in her through the talent he gave her. God revealed himself as movement! She was crying, I was crying, it was truly amazing! She was unaware that her gift could be used as a form of worship and better yet, her ministry. Megan now travels the country painting and inspiring others through her gift.

I’m committed to inspire and encourage individuals to embrace the gifts and talents they’ve been given. I want to see students become leaders who will create change in their sphere of influence.
